Here are my videos all about the Jewish holiday of Passover / Pesach where I’m sharing how me and my family celebrate with food, recipes, customs and traditions. There is lots of information and helpful tips for planning and hosting a Passover Seder!
Celebrate Hanukkah with me, I’m vloging every day of Hanukkah!
INGREDIENTS
6 medium to large potatoes
1 small onion
2 eggs
3 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Oil (canola or vegetable)
METHOD
Grate potatoes and onion. Put in strainer or over paper towels to squeeze out as much water and moisture as possible. Then add flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Heat oil to medium / high heat. I recommend using a Dutch Oven or Iron Skillet for best results! Form latkes in your hands and drop them into the oil. Allow to totally brown on underside before flipping. Once cooked on both sides let rest or place in 300 degree oven to keep warm.
