his is my best advice on how to entertain a one year old with lots of free and cheap ideas around the house, and the best schedule for a one year old baby. This was my SAHM routine and now working mom routine. By 12 months old my baby takes one nap a day and sleeps 7 to 7. We try to get out of the house twice a day!
